Fall is a good time to take a look at your nutrient management, in preparation for the 2017 crop production year. That according to Mark Cutts, crop specialist at the Ag-Info Centre. Cutts says the fall season allows two very important nutrient management activities to be carried out—soil fertility evaluation and fertilizer application. He says there are advantages to soil testing in the fall.
