Farms.com and AgVision TV Announce Strategic Alliance to CyberCast Ag TV Program. 

London, ON – December 20, 2001 – Farms.com Ltd., a leading provider of information and marketing solutions for the North American agriculture and food industry, today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with AgVision TV to begin cybercasting the weekly agriculture television program to its customers.

AgVisionTV, going into its 3rd season, produces a weekly agriculture television program that is available across Canada on 20 stations in the Chum/CityTV and CanWest Global networks. Farms.com Ltd. will provide ebusiness strategy, technology and the internet platform for AgVisionTV.
