For as long as anyone can remember, paper is produced by trees. That's all changing as wheat straw is being used instead. Step Forward Paper, a Canadian company founded in Manitoba by Jeff Golfman, produces paper that's made up of 80% wheat straw. It's estimared that two packages of wheat paper can save one tree. The company's website states they've helped save more than 35,000 trees as a result of making paper using wheat.
