Evergreen Farm & Garden Ltd. will host their annual Drive Green event on Saturday, May 4 in Orono, Ont.

The event allows guests to try out the latest John Deere equipment and seasonal implements.

“We love seeing our customers experience the John Deere difference,” said Mike Lafabiana, General Manager of Evergreen.

“Our sales ensure that when they find something they like, they’re able to take it home at a great price.”

Evergreen Farm & Garden is offering sales on various John Deere tractors, Gators, and riding lawn equipment as well as Honda lawnmowers, generators, pumps, and trimmers.

Everyone who attends the event can register to win a new Stihl MS170 chainsaw.

“It’s our opportunity to make sure the producers in our community start spring off right,” Lafabiana said.

Attendees can enjoy a free barbeque lunch, courtesy of the local 4-H chapter.

“Team Evergreen is looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!”

The event will take place at 3242 Tauntaun Rd. in Orono, Ont. between 10 am and 2 pm.

Welcome to Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show AgTech Breakfast. This annual Ontario outdoor farm show has always been a place where innovation thrives.

The AgTech Breakfast takes place every September to create a space where farmers and representatives from startup companies can meet and discuss innovations that bring new options to the agriculture industry. This is a great opportunity for attendees of this event to see what’s new.

At the AgTech Breakfast, attendees hear from a panel of companies, followed by a casual discussion session where farmers and representatives from startup companies can discuss new technology related to farming and share opportunities and challenges that impact Canadian agriculture.

One company featured at the 2024 AgTech Breakfast at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show was VETSon. This company connects producers and veterinarians for one-on-one consultations through online and app technology to improve options for livestock management.
