Lauren Arva grew up, and continues to work, on her family's tobacco, ginseng, chicken and cash crop farm in Mount Pleasant, Ont. She graduated from Brock University in 2017 with an honours degree in English language and literature, and received her post-graduate certificate in public relations from Niagara College in 2018.

Lauren is eager to combine her passion for agriculture and writing to share important news and information with the industry.
