Barn Kit for Sale

I purchased a barn kit, but because of a crooked contractor who drained me of my extra cash, I can't afford to put it together. So, I must sell the kit. I paid nearly $100,000 for just the kit, which is sitting here on my property, covered by tarps. I will sell it to the highest bidder. I have a diagram of the interior. It's 40'x60' with 22' eave height and 3:12 roof pitch, and even has a mezzanine, and two bathrooms, one with a shower. There are doors and windows all the way around, and a very tall roll up door for truck deliveries. Color is your basic red barn red. I have all of the structural calculations, the bill of lading that lists all parts onsite, floor plan, and project design criteria. All you have to do is arrange for a truck and fork lift to pick it up, and then set up the unit on your property.
