The Grain Farmers of Ontario is heading to the Ontario Court of Appeal to challenge the province's regulations restricting the use of a major pesticide on coated corn and soybean seeds. The GFO is hoping to delay the implementation of the regulation which is designed to protect Ontario honey bees and other pollinators.
