JoAnne:
JoAnne's career in real estate began in 1994 and her sole focus has been agriculture real estate. She has seen many changes in agricultural real estate over those years, the obvious being solid increases in land values but even more exciting is the fact that there are more and more progressive farm operators, an encouraging interest in young farmers, a strong presence of investors both private and institutional and more and more women stepping out to be leaders in farm operations both big and small. Ontario has amazing farmland and her career in agricultural real estate has taken her to many parts of the province. Meeting with farm families, understanding their goals, zeroing in on best marketing strategies, structuring transactions on both large and small parcels of land while protecting her clients best interests, brings her the greatest satisfaction and keeps her excited about the future of farming. She is very grateful for the trust shown by her clients and looks forward to referrals and new relationships with Farm Families and Owners.

Philip:
Philip's background is all agriculture. Philip has been actively involved in farm sales in the Ontario and Manitoba markets since the early 80’s, and has built his reputation with his knowledge and expertise in the negotiating of the purchase or sale of large and small commercial farm operations, dealing with local farmers as well as institutional and individual investors.
Philip is well versed in all aspects of agricultural Real Estate and is excited to be sharing his knowledge and expertise with three new agents on staff as well as his business partner of 25 years, JoAnne Baines, at Sutton Group Just Farms Realty Inc.
