1 in 4 Rule Suspended for the 2023 California Rice Crop Year

The Risk Management Agency announced today in a Special Provisions statement to insurers and agents that the requirement for planting in at least 1 of the 4 most recent crop years preceding the most current crop year has been suspended for 2023. The statement applies to rice counties in California for the 2023 crop year.
