CCGA Named Kincentric Best Employer Canada

Canadian Canola Growers Association (CCGA) has been identified as a Kincentric Best Employer Canada for 2023. The award recognizes employers around the world who create work environments where people feel empowered, inspired, and are highly engaged. It's particularly special to the team at CCGA because it exemplifies how an organization invested in agriculture can create a great work environment for people seeking opportunities to connect and grow.

"What makes this award incredibly special is that it is strictly based on the feedback and opinions of our employees," says Rick White, President & CEO at CCGA. "The past few years have been a learning curve as we found new ways of supporting team members to reach our goals in a less predictable world. We are building a culture that encourages all of us to actively make CCGA a better place for our people and the farmers that we serve."

To achieve recognition through the Kincentric Best Employers assessment, CCGA was assessed on four critical people factors — employee engagement, organization agility, engaging leadership, and talent focus.

"Being named a Kincentric Best Employer is a reflection of our collective team effort to make CCGA a place where people feel connected, empowered, and inspired," says Larysa Motruk, Director of Human Resources at CCGA. "We will continue to listen, adapt, and invest in our experience and culture as we deliver on our vision of Helping Farmers Succeed."

2023 is the fourth time CCGA is being recognized as a Best Employer, first in 2018 and 2019 as an Aon Best Employer Canada, and in 2021 and 2023 as a Kincentric Best Employer Canada.
