CDC Urges Testing for Bird Flu in Dairy Workers Without Symptoms

The CDC now recommends that dairy workers exposed to bird flu be tested for the virus, even if they show no symptoms.

This follows a study that found some workers had bird flu antibodies without feeling sick. The virus, known as H5N1, has been detected in dairy cows and can spread to humans.
