Ceva Swine Division Names Technical Specialist

LENEXA, Kan. - Ceva Animal Health announces Andrew J. Holtcamp, DVM, has joined Ceva’s swine business unit as technical service manager. Holtcamp will play an integral role in the launch of Ceva’s products into the swine industry.

“Dr. Holtcamp has an enthusiasm for the swine industry that is contagious. His experience as an industry leader and his extensive on-farm work will be a tremendous asset for our customers,” says Gary Robertson, director, swine business unit.

Holtcamp, who was previously with Bayer HealthCare, has more than 20 years of experience in the swine industry. Prior to joining Bayer HealthCare, he worked for Iowa Select Farms and Prestage Farms. His primary responsibilities with Ceva will be providing technical expertise as it relates to product development and field application as well as customer support.

“We are building our swine team with the customer in mind,” says Robertson. “Dr. Holtcamp has the knowledge and experience to provide innovative solutions and act as a true partner for our customers. Ultimately, that’s what Ceva is seeking, people who put the customer first."

Holtcamp earned both his bachelor of science in biochemistry and doctor of veterinary medicine degrees from Mississippi State University.
