Next we take a look at diseases in pulse crops. Syama Chatterton, plant pathology research scientist with Agriculture Canada, says root rot of lentils was less severe in 2017 than in previous years, but incidence and severity in peas was similar to previous years. Chatterton takes a look at foliar diseases of field pea.
