Harp Footprint Into The North American Market

On September 11-13, Kharkiv Bearing Plant (HARP) demonstrated its innovative solutions for agricultural
sector at Canada’s largest farm show "Canada's Outdoor Farm Show" (Ontario, Canada).

The exhibition gathered over 750 exhibitors from all over the world. HARP became the only Ukrainian
company which introduced the unique development of the European bearing industry.

"HARP is the undisputed leader in the bearing industry of Ukraine. For 70 years of successful presence on
the market, HARP has gained recognition not only in Ukraine, but also abroad. Today, HARP continues to
strengthen its position in the European market and expands its presence to the North American continent",
said Roman Girshfeld, Vice-President for Marketing and Sales.

The North American market is one of the main trading platforms for bearing products, where a fierce
competition exists among the world's leading manufacturers.

"HARP bearings have absorbed the best engineering traditions. They are not inferior to the foreign analogs,
and successfully compete with the products of global companies. This is exactly what HARP has
demonstrated at the farm show in Canada, by concluding a number of partnership agreements with the
Canadian and international companies, "- says Roman Girschfeld.

At the tradeshow, HARP presented innovative bearing solutions for agricultural machinery. HARP bearings
are maintenance-free and ensure perfect operation of the units even in the most difficult operating
conditions, eliminating the risks of breakage and expensive equipment repairs.

"The HARP stand was visited by local farmers, as well as dealers and producers of agricultural machinery
from countries such as Canada, the USA, Germany, Egypt, Morocco and others. More than 15 companies
are interested in cooperation with us, "- commented the Sales Director Vitaly Bugrov. He also notes that
after the tradeshow, several agreements were reached on further building partnerships with the North
American companies in the agricultural machinery manufacturing sector.

Among the time-tested HARP solutions are: HARP AGRO UNIT series of bearing units, the UC (YAR), ES
(YET), EX (YEL) bearings and bearing lines, the HARP AGRO bearings with new seal systems X-SHIELD, which
provides a total protection in the most difficult operating conditions.

At the "Canada's Outdoor Farm Show" HARP bearings showed excellent results in performance and
reliability during the field demonstration of the disk harrow "DUCAT-6" from the leading Ukrainian
manufacturer "LOZOVA MACHINERY", which completes its equipment with maintenance-free bearing
units HARP AGRO UNIT. The successful experience of the operation of the DUCAT disk harrows around
the world proves that the units do not require the replacement of bearing assemblies for over five years
when the units are operated in different types of soils and under different weather conditions.

In addition, HARP bearings are used in tillage, seeding and harvesting equipment such as Lemken, Horsch,
Agrisem, Mashio Gaspardo, Great Plains, Einböck, Rabe, Quivogne, Vogel & Noot, Köckerling,
Hatzenbichler, Salford, John Deere, Class, Case, New Holland and many others.

HARP has a wide range of bearing agricultural products, covering 100% of the market demand. The
company annually develops and produces more than 100 modifications of bearings and assemblies of
world-class quality, the reliability of which allows agricultural machinery to have an efficient and lifetime
performance.
