KIOTI Tractor Enhances Sales Leadership for Growth

Don Lowe and Tim Phillips Step into New Roles

KIOTI Tractor has announced significant changes to its leadership structure to fuel its growth strategy in North America.

The company has appointed Don Lowe as the new vice president of North American sales and promoted Tim Phillips to vice president of sales operations.

Don Lowe brings over three decades of experience in sales, dealer development, and market strategy, primarily in the agricultural and compact construction sectors.

His expertise is expected to be instrumental in driving KIOTI’s market presence and expansion. Prior to this role, Lowe held significant positions at Kubota Tractor Corporation, contributing to substantial market share and customer base expansions.

Tim Phillips, a loyal KIOTI veteran with more than twenty years at the company, has moved from his role as national sales manager to vice president of sales operations.

Phillips has been pivotal in launching key product segments such as zero-turn mowers and compact construction equipment, consistently aiding in the company's market share growth.

Lowe and Phillips will focus on enhancing sales strategies, dealer networks, and customer engagement across North America.

Their combined experience is poised to reinforce KIOTI’s position as a leader in the market, ensuring continued growth and operational excellence within the company’s expanding dealer network.
