Ontario Court Upholds the Legislation and Intent of the Security from Trespass and Protecting Food Safety Act

Guelph, Ont. – The Beef Farmers of Ontario (BFO) is pleased to hear that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has upheld the legislation and intent of the Security from Trespass and Protecting Food Safety Act (2020), which has been under a court challenge since 2021.
