Registration is Open for the Vegetable and Field Crop Production Update on February 18

Michigan State University Extensionwill host the Vegetable and Field Crop Production Update at the Saginaw Valley Research and Education Center, 3775 S Reese Rd, Frankenmuth, MI 48734, on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This event is free to attend, and lunch will be provided. 

This joint meeting will bring together vegetable and field crops producers. Michigan State University (MSU) researchers and Extension specialists and educators will offer valuable updates on key topics, including advancements in technology such as robotic weed control in vegetables, disease update and integrated pest management strategies, using drones for pest management, respirator selection and cartridge usage, as well as insights into the Endangered Species Act. Educators will also review the Bulletins Live! Two system, which was developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to implement geographically specific pesticide use limitations for protecting threatened and endangered species.
