Syngenta Canada recognized with multiple employer awards

We are thrilled to announce that Syngenta Canada has just been recognized with two awards by the Canadian HR Reporter!

5-Star Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Employer of 2024

Out of hundreds of companies that applied, only 21 were selected, and we are proud to be among them.

“This one is special – it is an award reflected by the feedback of our incredible employees. What it means is pretty simple, but incredibly impactful. Our employees said that they would recommend Syngenta Canada to friends from underrepresented groups because of our culture. That is the ultimate testament to working here!” says Stacey Redford, Head of HR for Syngenta Canada. “Organizational culture is one of the most important factors that impact employee satisfaction every single day. I cannot begin to convey my gratitude to each and every employee that brings our culture to life each day.”
