Joining the Board of Directors are Ms Mary Robinson, as the representative for the North American Constituency and Ms Katie Milne, at her second term as representative for the Oceanian Constituency.

Farmer, President of Federated Farmers of New Zealand since 2017, Katie Milne has served WFO as Board Member from the Oceanian Constituency since 2018.

It is worth mentioning that both Mary Robinson and Katie Milne were awarded, during the 2019 WFO General Assembly in Luxembourg, for contributing to a better agricultural sector and a better world through their leadership in farmers’ organisations.

The position of WFO Vice President was also subject to a renewal with the election of Mr Arnold Puech d’Alissac, farmer and bureau member of Fédération national des syndicats d’exploitant agricoles (FNSEA), France.  As the representative for the European Constituency onto the WFO Board, Arnold Puech d’Alissac, has held the role of Treasurer of the organisation since 2017.

From the International Secretariat side, we are proud to be serving such a powerful and visionary group of farmers leaders. We want to thank Dave Velde (NFU US), the previous representative for the Northern American Constituency and former WFO Vice President, for his invaluable contribution to the global organised agriculture, wishing him the best of luck for the future.
