Front End Loader
A front end loader is a type of tractor used in agriculture and construction which can be either wheeled or tracked and has a front-mounted square bucket connected to the end of two arms known as booms. The booms serve to scoop up material from the ground (i.e. soil, sand, gravel etc.) The loader can be removed as an attachment and can be replaced with other devices like a bale grappler, which can be used on a large-scale farming operation to handle hay or straw. Front end loaders can be used year-round and can also be used to remove snow. While front end loaders are typically used in construction, they can also be used in commercial farming operations.
