Trencher

A trencher is a machine that is used to dig trenches and is suitable for laying pumps, electrical cables and installing drainage canals. A trencher can range in size from small hand-operated models to large attachments for skid loaders and tractors. The largest model is self-contained-and-operated machine. There are many types of trenchers which come in various sizes and have customizable digging implements. A wheel trencher is a cheaper option with a toothed metal wheel, suitable to cut through pavement and various soil types both soft and hard. A chain trencher cuts with a digging chain belt and is used for hollowing out narrow but deep trenches in grounds that are more difficult to cut through.
