Her responsibilities include driving the firm’s fundraising initiatives, leading investor relations, and overseeing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) activities.

Gruza's role is crucial in steering Bonnefield’s long-term strategy, which encompasses new product development and setting strategic priorities.

Doyle will continue to lead the Investment Management team and further develop Bonnefield’s Agribusiness Fund. His promotion underscores his significant impact on the firm’s investment strategies and operational success.

These promotions are part of Bonnefield’s strategic plan to enhance its leadership team as it continues to thrive in the competitive agribusiness investment sector.

By positioning experienced and capable leaders like Gruza and Doyle at the helm, Bonnefield aims to leverage its expertise to foster growth, drive innovation, and maintain its reputation as a leader in the Canadian agricultural market.
