Farm Power: Case machinery dominates BigIron auction

An online auction hosted by BigIron Auctions on June 8 saw multiple pieces of Case machinery sell for more than $100,000.

The sale topper of the entire auction was a 2013 Case IH 8230 combine, which sold for $184,750.

Specs: 499 engine hours, 332 separator hours, 2-speed elevator and unload auger, HD lateral header tilt withour rock trap, upper sieve 1 1/8’ slat, lower sieve 1 1/8” slat, independent cross auger unload control, 520/85R42 duals, 600/65R28 steering tires.

A 2013 Case IH 400 HD 4WD 4x4 tractor sold for $155,250.

Specs: 745 hours showing, manual adjust exterior mirrors, HID lights – 4, window and a post monitor bar, PRO700 monitor, guidance components unlocked for WAAS, true ground speed sensor, Tier4A, 12.9L 400hp engine, 16-speed powershift transmission, standard hydraulic pump, 4 remotes, 1000 RPM PTO, 3 pt hitch with quick hitch, 480/80R50 duals.
