New Brunswick had it’s first woman in the Atlantic Agricultural Hall of Fame in 1996 with the induction of Hornbrook. She and her husband ran a large dairy farm and she served as a 4-H leader for 39 years. Hornbrook served as the secretary and treasurer for the Kings County Agricultural Fair for several years and volunteered on the Country Living Days committee.
