CNH Announces Mass Layoff at St. Nazianz, Wis., Facility

CNH Industrial notified Wisconsin state officials Sept. 10 of a mass layoff at its St. Nazianz, Wis., facility. 

According to the notice, the mass layoff will affect 52 individuals, and all layoffs will take place on Nov. 14, 2024. No additional layoffs are planned at the time. 

The titles being impacted include: Assembler I, Assembler II, Assembly Test/Finisher, Custodian, Documentation Specialist, Fixture Fabricator, Lead - Assembler II, Leader - Painter, Lead- Welder, Material Coordinator, Material Handler II, Paint Production Servicer, Painter, Painter Touch-UP, Quality Control Inspector, Sr. Maintenance Technician and Welder. 

According to a report in the Herald Times Reporter, the workers at the St. Naizianz facility, which makes precision spraying equipment, are not covered by a union and there are no bumping rights.
