EPA Must Account for Lost Demand in Biofuels

The following statement may be attributed to American Farm Bureau Federation President Zippy Duvall:
 
“Today’s final rule provides an uptick in biofuel targets and signals an intent by the Environmental Protection Agency to account for lost demand caused by small refinery exemptions. While that’s positive, we are eager to see the agency fulfill its commitments going forward.
