Greenlane secures multi-unit order for biogas desulphurisation equipment

Greenlane Renewables' wholly-owned subsidiary Airdep S.r.l. has signed a multi-unit purchase agreement with a repeat customer in Europe valued at €1.3 million for biogas desulphurisation equipment.

These units are engineered to remove hydrogen sulphide (H2S) from raw biogas to protect downstream equipment.

Greenlane manufactures biogas desulphurisation equipment for a variety of end uses including biogas-to-biomethane and biogas-to-power systems for the global market.

In North America, the company markets its biogas desulphurisation equipment under the Greenlane Cascade H2S brand and under the Airdep DBC brand for the rest of the world.

“Winning a new contract for multiple biogas desulphurisation units in Europe underscores our breadth of offerings and the demand for our advanced technologies,” said Ian Kane, president & CEO of Greenlane. “We are well-positioned to deliver innovative solutions to our clients worldwide, particularly as these biogas desulphurisation products can be sold on their own or in conjunction with Greenlane biogas upgrading systems.”

Video: From Drought to Deluge: North Carolina’s Long Road Ahead - Kathie Dello

What fell from Hurricane Helene was historic in the state of North Carolina. The amount of rain was put into perspective of enough to fill Lake Mead. Dr. Kathie Dello doesn’t usually do comparisons like that, but does plenty of figuring on what happened in the weather and climate each day in her job as the state climatologist of North Carolina. Some of the biggest rainfall amounts were in the 20 to 30 inch range over a three day period that will likely change the state for the next three decades or more. We get into 100, 500 and 1,000 floods, the closing of I-40 for a year and how -- if at all – certain things should be rebuilt.
