New Holland Brings Innovation, High-Capacity, and Cost-Efficiency to Farming

New Holland’s CR10 combine, recently unveiled in North America, is the manufacturer’s next-generation machine built for high-efficiency harvesting.

It follows the CR11 model introduced earlier this year and brings advanced features to help farmers reduce the total cost of harvesting.

J Cole Sanford with New Holland told Farms.com that the design focuses on productivity, residue management, minimizing losses, and maximizing uptime.

The CR10 is equipped with a 13L Cursor engine, capable of generating 635 horsepower, giving the combine ample power to handle large harvests.

One of its standout features is the IntelliSense spread system, which uses radar sensors to automatically adjust the spread of residue based on wind and field conditions, ensuring even distribution.

This machine is also equipped with twin cleaning shoes to help reduce losses and improve efficiency.

For enhanced productivity, the CR10 allows the operator to control critical components such as rotor gearing and rotor reverse from the cab, keeping downtime to a minimum.

The unique in-line engine and rotor design further boosts power efficiency by reducing unnecessary turns in the driveline.

Farmers can also upgrade the CR10 with new headers, including the 61-foot MacDon FD261 header, which pairs perfectly with the combine's high-capacity capabilities.

Additionally, the CR10’s customizable residue systems allow operators to tailor the machine to their specific needs, improving overall field performance.

The CR10 combine is designed to keep you in the field longer, maximize yield, and make harvesting more efficient.
