Regina based company enters 20 year deal with Fibreco Export

 
AGT Food and Ingredients Inc is entering into a 20-year terminal services agreement with Fibreco Export at the Port of Vancouver.
 
The long-term terminal services agreement will see Fibreco build an agriproducts export terminal facility at the Port.
 
The Agriproducts Facility will include approximately 43,000 metric tonnes of dry bulk storage, rail capacity to receive full unit trains, and a new ship loader and expanded ship berth capable of loading Panamax vessels.
 
AGT will pay Fibreco for the terminal service access and additional services for the guaranteed throughput of agricultural commodities at the Agriproducts Facility.
 
The term of the Services Agreement is 20 years and contains certain exclusive rights for shipping select agricultural commodities in favour of AGT.
 
AGT Food and Ingredients' operations are headquartered in Regina, with operations in Beechy, Rosetown, Milestone, Aberdeen, Assiniboia, Wilkie, Dinsmore, Eston, Lucky Lake and Laporte.
