Syngenta Canada donates $25,000 to CASA

Syngenta Canada has donated $25,000 to support the Canadian Agricultural Safety Association (CASA). CASA works to promote farm safety through resources, training, and partnerships. Its farm safety programs equip farmers, farm families, farmworkers, and farming communities with information and tools needed to make farms a safe place to live and work.

The donation will support CASA’s programming such as On-Farm Agricultural Worker Safety Training, a program for farm owners and supervisors to directly engage with farm workers in safety training; youth safety, working to educate and build awareness about farm safety for children and youth; and Safety for Women in Ag – a program working to discover gaps and opportunities to improve safety for farm women and families.
