Dr. Mik Cieslak, research associate in the department of computer science at the University of Calgary and in the plant phenotyping and imaging research center at the University of Saskatchewan, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) in Lethbridge, provides an overview of image based phenotyping for canola, specifically the shoot phenotyping for canola. Dr. Cieslak presented on Dec. 2 during Canola Innovation Day, the final day of Canola Week 2021.
