Strategic Alliance Boosts Prairie Dome

Aberhart Group has announced a significant partnership with Haskett Growers Ltd., marking a key milestone since its formation.

The two companies have joined forces to acquire a 50/50 ownership of Prairie Dome Enterprises, a prominent potato-growing operation in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

This collaboration aims to expand the acreage under cultivation and implement cutting-edge irrigation systems. By combining their expertise and resources, the partners seek to enhance operational efficiency and position Prairie Dome Enterprises for future growth.

"We’re happy to welcome Aberhart Group as a partner," said Marlin Thiessen, partner in Haskett Growers Ltd. "They are progressive farmers and we are looking forward to working with them to take Prairie Dome Enterprises to the next level.”

Kirk Flaman, the former managing partner of Prairie Dome Enterprises, looks to the future of the operation with optimism. "I’m looking forward to working alongside Aberhart Group over the next few years to ensure a smooth transition.
