Versatile tractors are just that, Versatile. And this is true for the company’s Nemesis tractor series.

Farms.com recently chatted with Rickie Jenin, product manager at Versatile, for an overview of its Nemesis Series.

This range includes five models (175, 195, 210, 235, and 255), each designed to cater to different farming needs. Horsepower ratings include 170, 190, 210, 230, and 250 respectively.

The Nemesis tractors come in two frame sizes, with the larger models being approximately eight inches longer than their counterparts.

All models are equipped with a powerful Cummins 6.7 engine, featuring the latest in diesel tech. They are also equipped with Cummins’ VGT (Variable Geometry Turbo) which is one of the most reliable turbo designs in the industry, says Versatile.

One of the standout features of the Nemesis Series is the range of transmission options available. These include a ZF powershift transmission (on its 175-210 models only) as well as a CVT from ZF.

The 210 model in the below video is equipped with a 30 by 15 power shift model, which is fully electronic and features an integrated automatic shifting system, explains Jenin.

Versatility extends to the tractor's utility features as well. You can opt for a front 3-point hitch with PTO and a loader, with kits available for easy installation.

Additionally, the rear of the tractor offers options for bar axles starting at 98 inches, with the possibility to extend up to 118 inches for dual wheel setups.

For those looking for enhanced maneuverability and comfort, the Nemesis tractors offer suspended axles with diff locks and cab suspension options.

Speed configurations vary between 25 to 31 miles per hour depending on the chosen package, and interior comfort is customizable with options ranging from heated cloth seats to cooled and heated leather seats with active suspension.

Lighting is another area where these tractors shine, literally. Starting with eight halogen lights, upgrades are available for a comprehensive LED package that provides 360-degree visibility.

Jenin adds that the PTO systems are diverse, featuring eco modes in both 540 and 1000 RPM settings, allowing for efficient power usage.

Versatile also offers a wide selection of tire options, including specialized road bid tires for better traction and stability on slippery conditions.
