AgSmart 2022- Bringing the conference to the field Aug 9 & 10

July 13, 2022, Olds, AB AgSmart is bringing the conference to the field August 9 & 10 at Olds College with 50 educational sessions and 100 interactive exhibits. Attendees will get to experience the newest in ag technology up close while hearing from industry experts. AgSmart is a must-see educational expo focused on data and technology across the agriculture industry.

The unique expo format brings the conference outdoors, showcasing why it makes sense to invest in equipment and technology to capture data and how to implement that data to increase productivity and profitability for farm operations.

“It is a big year for AgSmart as the expo evolves along with the rapidly changing ag tech and data segment of the industry,” says Stacy Felkar, Event Co-Manager. “With 50 expert educational sessions, live demos and over 100 interactive exhibits there is a lot for producers and industry to take in over the
two days.”

Educational sessions have a cropping and livestock focus with topics ranging from optical spot spraying to virtual fencing and how to transition a traditional farm with tech and data. AgSmart is also a great opportunity to learn more about the Olds College Smart Farm and its projects, which will be featured in the Olds College interactive exhibit, educational sessions and demonstrations.
