Prairieland Park Agriculture Manager Set To Retire

The 38th Annual Western Canadian Crop Production Show marks the final event for Prairieland's Agriculture Manager Lori Cates.

Cates is set to retire at the end of the month.

"It has been my honour to be in a position to promote the agriculture industry here at Prairieland for the past 20 years. The Western Canadian Crop Production Show has gained a reputation in the industry as the ‘must-attend’ event of the year and I am proud to have been part of that success." says Cates.

"To all the exhibitors I have met over the years, I wish you continued prosperity! I hope you will find value in being part of the show long into the future."

In a Facebook post on the Western Canadian Crop Production Show page, Prairieland thanked Cates for her leadership, tenacity, and unrelenting belief in the prairie spirit.
