Traditional belts used on cereal grain conveyors can shrink or warp when handling oilseed crops. Oilseeds caught and crushed between the roller and belt release oil. This build-up of oil and debris creates additional wear and tear on the parts, reducing the longevity of your conveyor. Convey-All beveled the edge of the belt to solve this issue.
Convey All has upgraded its 1650-TL conveyor to handle the harsh conditions created by oilseeds. A double overlapping flashing at the feed conveyor was added to reduce the number of crushed seeds, and more scrapers along the belt were installed to prevent tiny seed build-up.
On the Oilseed Series, Convey All reduced the overall speed of the conveyor to ensure your cash crop is handled gently and the number of crushed seeds is diminished. The 1650-TL Oilseed still moves an impressive quantity of grain at 7,900 bushels per hour with the 16" skived-edge belt running inside a 10" wind guard tube.
1650-TL Conveyor comes standard with the signature hydraulic drive and mover kit powered by a 37HP Vanguard engine and an adjustable discharge hood to direct grain where you need it to be.
