The AgCareers.com 2022-2023 season of Feed Your Future virtual career fairs will continue to connect agri-food employers and job seekers across the United States. Organizations require qualified talent to fill workforce gaps in agriculture and food.
The industry recognizes many online shifts remain and are expanding, including virtual job fairs, interviews, meetings, and even work-from-home trends. AgCareers.com continues to serve the essential agricultural and food industries with facilitation of the robust series of U.S. National Feed Your Future virtual career fairs.
When the pandemic began affecting in-person recruitment events in 2020, AgCareers.com launched the Feed Your Future initiative to enable these connections virtually. “Though some in-person fairs have resumed, organizations and candidates both recognize constraints of these traditional events,” shared Kathryn Doan, Director, AgCareers.com. “In contrast, the simplicity, timesaving, and cost-effectiveness of virtual recruiting is immediately measurable,” added Doan.
There are agri-food job opportunities for candidates exploring a new career, a new industry, or interested in making a difference. Abundant job openings are available in research & development, processing, logistics, administration, technology, packaging, production, and much more. Careers are located on the farm, in the field, plant, lab and office (on-site and remote).
