Stotz Equipment Announces Changes to Executive Leadership Team

Avondale, March 1, 2024 – Stotz Equipment, a family-owned and operated John Deere dealership, announces a transition in its leadership team. Kim Kistler, a devoted employee of the company, will retire after 27 years at Stotz Equipment, paving the way for Rob Jackson to step into the role of Vice President of Aftermarket and join the esteemed Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Kim Kistler was first hired as the Buckeye, AZ Store Manager, and over his career, he has led the aftermarket team through multiple acquisitions, contributing to the expansion and diversification of the dealership. In addition, he is also responsible for building Stotz Equipment’s technical and warranty support groups. As Stotz Equipment bids farewell to Kim Kistler, the company expresses appreciation for his dedication and wishes him a fulfilling retirement.

Simultaneously, the team eagerly anticipates the positive impact that Rob Jackson will undoubtedly make in his new role. Rob started with Stotz Equipment in 2016 and has been one of the driving forces behind the company’s remarkable results. As a proven coach and team builder, Rob will bring a wealth of experience and fresh perspective to his new role.
