In the first few months, we already have customers from 19 countries who recognize the advantage of Hypor’s exclusive technical service at their fingertips.
With the Swine Support app, Hypor customers are fully connected to our team of technical service experts from around the world. Customers are able to select a topic, ask questions, attach photos, and even include a video. From there, a quick, accurate, and personalized response comes from one of our global technical service experts. Many current app users find the ease of use, the quick response, and connection to experts the best part of the app. With this increased connection, we aim to improve customer satisfaction not only with our service, but also with our products. Swine Support also increases the reach and efficiency of our technical service experts, all without biosecurity risks and a lower carbon footprint.
Before asking a question, the user can choose from a variety of topics, which will link your question to the right technical expert. These topics include health and biosecurity, animal selection, sow and piglet management, wean to finish management, or genetic advice. There are already plans for improvement of the app, which will support greater functionalities. This app is currently offered in English, Spanish, French, and Dutch. It is important to note that this app does not replace customer visits but strengthens the connection with our customers. Swine Support by Hendrix Genetics is the first global technical service app, which allows interaction, offered by an animal genetics company to swine producers around the world. The app is quick and easy to use, with a powerful outcome.
The Swine Support app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play. This app can be used on a smartphone or tablet, even while walking through the barn.
